Melanin Mindset
The goal of our group is to support connections among co-workers. It is our goal to also increase cultural competence by hosting panels, discussions, lunch and learns and cultural celebrations. Most of all, it is our goal to support one another by creating a safe space for us to be ourselves culturally and unapologetic.


Women’s Employee Resource Group
The Women’s Employee Resource Group provides a safe space for support, mentorship, learning and fun. Our group aims to foster compassionate understanding for all of the nuances of womanhood, to create an inspiring environment that promotes leadership, to create a space where work, home life and the challenges thereof can be shared. To network with one another and share resources needed to break glass ceilings and foster a culture of kinship.


Out and Equal ERG
Out&Equal's mission is to engage Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual (LGBTQIA)+ and Ally employees in personal and professional growth by providing career development opportunities, networking, mentoring, and community involvement. Our purpose is to educate, advocate, and cultivate support for LGBTQIA+ people and issues to support a culture of thriving and belonging for all.
