This microaggression training (video recording) provides employees with foundational knowledge of what is a microaggression, types of microaggressions, and provides examples of how microaggressions show up in the workplace.

This training is meant to be combined with a practice lab where employees can practice how to call someone into a conversation when a microaggression occurs.
