Description
In this interactive workshop, learners will examine the four emotional components: self-awareness, social awareness, self-management, and social skill. Learners will explore how the EQ components show up in the workplace and will assess their personal EQ skills. Learners will identify how to leverage EQ skills in the workplace and how to implement these skills in practice.

Learning Objectives:
· Define the emotional intelligence (EQ) components.
· Explore the relationship between EQ and the workplace.
· Assess individual EQ skills.
· Identify EQ strategies at work.
